Because our merchandise is often printed to order or released in limited community runs, we do not offer refunds, returns, or carbon-copy exchanges for any reason, including change of mind or incorrect size selection.

2. Accuracy of Orders

To ensure your legacy gear fits perfectly, please review our size charts and double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. Once an order is placed, it enters our processing system immediately and cannot be modified or canceled.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is a vital part of our story. While we do not offer general refunds, we will gladly replace items that arrive with manufacturing defects or if the wrong item was shipped.

  • Timeframe: You must notify us within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Requirement: Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage or the incorrect item received.
  • Resolution: Upon verification, we will ship a replacement of the original item at no additional cost to you.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

Our Legacy Ink is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure location or contacting your local post office if a package is marked as delivered but has not been received.
