Because our merchandise is often printed to order or released in limited community runs, we do not offer refunds, returns, or carbon-copy exchanges for any reason, including change of mind or incorrect size selection.
2. Accuracy of Orders
To ensure your legacy gear fits perfectly, please review our size charts and double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. Once an order is placed, it enters our processing system immediately and cannot be modified or canceled.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction is a vital part of our story. While we do not offer general refunds, we will gladly replace items that arrive with manufacturing defects or if the wrong item was shipped.
Timeframe: You must notify us within 7 days of the delivery date.
Requirement: Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage or the incorrect item received.
Resolution: Upon verification, we will ship a replacement of the original item at no additional cost to you.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
Our Legacy Ink is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure location or contacting your local post office if a package is marked as delivered but has not been received.
5. Will you restock items that are sold out?
Many of our collections are limited community runs designed to keep the brand exclusive. While some "Legacy Staples" may return, most designs are retired once they sell out to make room for new stories.
6. Can I change my shipping address or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it enters our processing system immediately to ensure timely delivery. Therefore, we cannot modify addresses, change sizes, or honor cancellation requests. Please double-check your details before finalizing your purchase.
7. What happens if I receive the wrong size or a damaged item?
If we made a mistake or the item is defective, we want to make it right. Please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will ship a replacement of the original item at no cost to you.

9. How should I wash and care for my apparel?
To preserve the "Ink" and the life of the fabric, we recommend washing garments inside out in cold water and hanging them to dry. If you must use a dryer, use a low-heat setting. Do not iron directly on the printed designs.
10. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States. We are looking into expanding our reach to our global community in the future—stay tuned to our social media for updates.
11. What should I do if my package is marked as "Delivered" but I haven't received it?
First, check with neighbors or your building management. If the package is still missing, please contact your local post office or the carrier directly. Our Legacy Ink is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
